Why Wreck It Right?

One company for projects that don’t always fit neatly into one box.

Some jobs start with a cleanout and end with cleaning. Others involve demolition, hauling and a delivery on the same project. Our goal is to make the next step clear and keep communication straightforward from the first request onward.

One point of contact

Instead of explaining the same project to several companies, tell us the full scope. We’ll identify which of our services may fit and what information we need from you next.

Straightforward communication

We want you to know what happens after you reach out, what details are needed for an estimate, and when a site visit or follow-up conversation makes sense.

Residential & commercial requests

Homeowners, renters, contractors, landlords, property managers and businesses can contact us. Every project is reviewed based on the actual work involved.

Flexible project requests

Not sure what category your project belongs in? Describe what needs to get done. We’ll determine whether it fits our services and the best way to move forward.

Before you book

Questions we’re often asked before a project starts.

Every job is different, but the answers below cover the information that usually helps us review a request properly.

What information should I provide for a free estimate?

Send the service you need, the project location, a short description of the work, approximate size or quantity, access details such as stairs or parking, and photos when they help explain the scope. The better the information, the easier it is to determine the right next step.

Do I need to be on-site for an estimate?

Not always. Some projects can be reviewed from clear photos and detailed information, while others are better handled with a site visit or conversation. We’ll let you know what makes sense after reviewing your request.

Do you handle residential and commercial work?

Yes, we accept residential and commercial requests. That can include homes, rental properties, offices, project sites and other spaces depending on the service and scope.

How quickly can a job be scheduled?

Scheduling depends on the service, project size, location and current availability. Same-day requests can be considered when the schedule allows, but they are not guaranteed. For larger or more specialized work, additional planning may be required.

How are asbestos-related projects handled?

Asbestos-related work requires additional project information and careful planning before anything is scheduled. Scope, assessment requirements, containment, disposal and other applicable safety or regulatory requirements need to be reviewed for the specific project. We do not provide generic instant pricing for this work.

Can one project use more than one Wreck It Right service?

Yes. Some projects may involve a combination of cleaning, junk removal, demolition or delivery. Tell us the complete scope rather than splitting it into separate requests and we can discuss which services apply.

Do you provide pricing online?

We do not use a generic instant price calculator because the cost can depend on access, quantity, labour, disposal requirements, travel and project scope. Request a free estimate and we’ll review the actual job before discussing pricing.

Where do you provide service?

We focus on Southern and Central Alberta, including Calgary, Airdrie, Red Deer, Edmonton, Okotoks and Canmore. Availability varies by project type, location and schedule.

Junk Removal

Clear the space without guessing what happens next.

Junk removal requests can range from a few bulky items to a full property cleanout. Send us the scope, location, access details and photos when possible so we can review the job properly.

House, garage & property cleanouts

We can review requests involving unwanted household contents, garage clutter, storage areas, rental properties, move-outs, estates and general property cleanups. The amount of material, access and disposal requirements all matter when planning the job.

Furniture & appliance removal

Have furniture, mattresses, appliances or other bulky household items you need gone? Tell us what the items are, where they are located and whether stairs, elevators or difficult access are involved.

Renovation & construction debris

For suitable non-hazardous renovation and construction debris, we can review removal and cleanup requests based on volume, material type and access. Hazardous or regulated materials require separate review.

Yard & outdoor cleanup material

Outdoor cleanup can include appropriate yard debris, old outdoor items and general property cleanup material. Photos help us confirm what can be handled and how much space it will require.

Commercial cleanouts

Businesses, contractors, landlords and property managers can contact us about office, tenant, project-site and other commercial cleanout needs. Scope is reviewed individually rather than forced into a one-size-fits-all package.

Not sure if we take it?

Send a photo and description before assuming. We’ll tell you whether it fits our service or needs another type of specialist.

Cleaning

Cleaning based on the actual space — not a generic package.

Different spaces need different levels of attention. Tell us the type of property, approximate size, current condition and what you want completed.

Residential cleaning

Residential requests can include deep cleaning, project-specific cleaning, turnover cleaning and other household work. We’ll review the space and priorities before confirming the scope.

Commercial cleaning

Offices, small commercial spaces and property-management requests can be reviewed based on size, access, cleaning requirements and scheduling needs.

Post-construction cleaning

Construction and renovation projects often leave dust, surface residue and general cleanup behind. We can discuss post-project cleaning based on the condition of the space and what needs to be ready next.

Move-in / move-out cleaning

Preparing a property for the next occupant or cleaning after a move can involve kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and other areas depending on the requested scope.

Custom cleaning

Not every job fits a standard checklist. If you have a specific problem area or unusual project, describe it and we’ll determine whether it fits our cleaning services.

Demolition & Asbestos Abatement

Plan the work before anything comes down.

Demolition and asbestos-related projects need more information than a basic online quote can provide. We review the project scope first so the work can be approached appropriately.

Interior & selective demolition

Selective demolition focuses on removing specific components or interior areas rather than automatically taking down an entire structure. The exact scope, access and material involved need to be reviewed first.

Residential & commercial requests

We can review demolition requests from homeowners, contractors, property managers and businesses. The type of structure, area being removed and site conditions all affect planning.

Site preparation & cleanup

Demolition often creates a second job: debris management and cleanup. Where appropriate, we can discuss how hauling and cleanup fit into the overall project.

Asbestos-related work

Asbestos projects require additional review before scope or scheduling is confirmed. Assessment, containment, disposal and applicable safety or regulatory requirements can vary by project. We do not provide instant asbestos pricing.

Project coordination

If your project also involves junk removal, cleaning or delivery, include that in the original request. Understanding the whole project helps avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.

Delivery / Courier

Tell us what needs to move, where it is, and where it’s going.

Delivery requests are reviewed based on item size, pickup and drop-off access, distance, handling requirements and scheduling.

Furniture & appliance delivery

For suitable furniture and appliance moves, send item dimensions or photos along with pickup/drop-off access details so we can understand the handling involved.

Construction materials

Contractors and project teams can contact us about suitable material deliveries. The size, weight, site access and timing requirements need to be clear before scheduling.

Local & regional deliveries

We can review delivery requests throughout our service area based on distance, schedule and vehicle requirements. Longer-distance or special handling jobs are assessed individually.

Scheduled deliveries

If a delivery needs to happen on a specific day or within a preferred window, include that information in the request. We’ll confirm availability before anything is booked.

Custom delivery requests

If the job does not fit a standard courier description, send the details anyway. A photo, dimensions and access information often make it easy to determine whether we can help.
